List 4 is less of a list, and more of a collection of rules for what we call agreement. All agreement is is that adjectives and nouns must have similar endings to "agree" in gender and number.
To make any word that ends in a vowel plural, just add an "s" to the end.
EX. plato - platos, mesa - mesas
To make any word that ends in a consonant plural, just add an "es" to the end.
EX. mantel - manteles
If a noun is plural, the adjective must be plural, too.
EX. plato rojo - platos rojos, mantel azul - manteles azules
Masculine nouns make the adjectives masculine if they end in an "o" or "a".
EX. plato rojo, vaso amarillo, salero rosado
Feminine nouns make the adjectives feminine if they end in an "o" or "a".
mesa roja, silla amarilla, tetera rosada
Adjectives that do not end in "o" or "a" do not change spelling no matter what the gender of the noun is.
EX. plato verde - mesa verde, vaso azul - silla azul, salero gris - tetera gris
ADJECTIVES ALWAYS COME AFTER THE NOUNS!!!
EX. red plate - plato rojo, blue tablecloth - mantel azul
