Okay, time to dust off the spanish book and do a bit of review so that you don't lose all of that hard work you put in last semester. For the adults, this page will be the main venue for Spanish, with scattered classes as we are able to make our schedules mesh. I am willing to do as much or as little - within reason - to help everyone along. I am making a page for everyone who has expressed an interest in learning, and will continue to update them weekly or as needed for as long as there is an interest. I must tell you up front, and this is not intended to put any undue pressure on you, that no matter what you do, I am not taking either your page or Vicki's off of the site. I feel strongly compelled on both counts to do everything within my power to help you learn, and I cannot disobey what I feel to be a clear word from God. It may be pizza, but until I have that confirmed, you are stuck with my "bad pepperoni".
As far as assignments go, I am reluctant to give you anything at this point beyond a review of the basic 16 lists on the main page, and of the material up until Work Unit 4 in your book. When I get an e-mail from you indicating that you feel confident with that stuff, I will add a link to a self-test on the material here to the page, and we will go on to new and more exciting things. I must caution you not to worry about anyone else's progress but your own. Everyone has different styles of learning, and I am trying to individualize this as much as possible. I know that there will be a temptation to try and "keep up with the Jones'", having Vicki in your house, but I don't think that you will be serving yourself well to beat yourself up if you move at a different pace. I think that you can be a great resource for each other to encourage and practice, but no more or less than that. Please let me know if there is anything specific that you think would help you to have here on the site as a resource, or if there are any questions that you need answered. I check my e-mail several times a day, and am really trying to make this site the best resource it can be. That will only happen if I hear from those using it.
